Camunda Connect

In line with your use cases, the previously modeled, defined and automated processes in Camunda BPM are directly connected to the CELUM ContentHub with Camunda Connect. The implementation is individually adapted to your needs.

Workflows can be triggered manually via the context menu in the CELUM ContentHub or automatically via previously defined events.

Camunda Task List

The «Camunda Task-List», which can be accessed via the context menu, displays all user-controlled tasks. It contains an overview of all running process instances and shows which tasks have been assigned to which user. This provides you with a complete overview at all times without having to leave your familiar system environment.

User and absence functionalities

Synchronize your CELUM users and user groups with Camunda without having to create them again.

A widget in the dashboard allows CELUM ContentHub users to view all assigned tasks and access them directly or assign them to other users.

Use the helpful filter options, as well as the monitoring function and e-mail notifications to organize yourself optimally.

In addition, you can use the absence function to plan holiday replacements so that all new tasks are assigned to the deputy.

Asset Marker

The asset marker integrated in Camunda Connect shows which assets are in a process and which have already been processed.

Integrated search and preview

The integrated search allows you to find specific tasks and with the preview you can directly display and compare pictures, videos and documents.
