Since July 2021, Aline has been an indispensable pillar of the brix back office. As an executive assistant, she masterfully handles all administrative tasks that come her way. Whether it's coordinating appointments, keeping minutes, or supporting team leaders in various projects, Aline takes action and ensures a smooth workflow.

But Aline is not just an administrative powerhouse, she is also a creative soul. In her leisure time, Aline devotes herself to her passion for art. As a freelance artist, she draws comic illustrations. Her big heart for animals is evident in her hobby: she regularly takes care of a foster horse and gives it love and attention.

Andrea is our skilled system administrator. With his many years of experience and extensive expertise, he ensures the smooth maintenance and configuration of our IT infrastructure.

As the voice on the other end of the support hotline, he is always there to help customers and employees with advice and action. With a lot of humor, his Italian charm, and his open nature, he ensures that every problem is solved quickly and easily.

Andrea is a true team player, which contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere with his positive attitude.

Beat is one of the three founders of brix and has been a member of the management board and the board of directors since May 2000.

His entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic approach have a major impact on the company. Through his strategic orientation and influence, he greatly contributed to the success of brix.

Beat's interpersonal skills are particularly noteworthy. With his high social competence and his appreciative approach to everyone, he promotes a positive working relationship and a pleasant working atmosphere.

In his leisure time, Beat likes to set the pace on his drums.

Christian has been a valuable member of the brix team since 2018. His analytical skills and broad knowledge in the areas of CELUM, integration with other systems, and AI make him a sought-after expert.

Numerous CELUM extensions have been created by him, including the «MS Azure Video Analyzer». Christian is also an expert in process automation as a Camunda Champion.

He is characterized by his creativity and solution-oriented approach. Christian is constantly looking for new ways to improve the efficiency and performance of our systems.

In his leisure time, Christian enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music, and is always up for a game of table tennis.

David von Ah

David is a long-time employee, an important part and a mainstay for brix.

As the team leader of the tech team, he plays a crucial role in the development and advancement of brix:anura, as well as brix:papilio and brix:corvus. He is an important pacesetter for our «made by brix» software, both for our own in-house developments and for our wide range of plugins, which enable seamless integration into our customers' system landscapes.

David is characterized by his reliability, speed, and initiative. As a quick thinker and fast implementer, he supports the team in all technical matters. With his multifaceted interests and high motivation, he always contributes new ideas and solutions.

In his leisure time – «afk» away from the keyboard – David finds balance in nature. Extensive exploration and hiking tours give him the opportunity to clear his head and recharge his batteries.

Erich is one of the three co-founders of brix. Since the very beginning, he has been committed to the company with great passion and tireless dedication.
He promotes a culture of dialogue and mutual appreciation, and always has an open ear for the concerns of the companies employees. He is always looking ahead and is convinced that the key to success lies in continuous development.

For him, customers are an important component and driver of the strategic direction. Therefore, for Erich, the current needs of customers are the linchpin when it comes to being able to offer future-oriented solutions.

In his leisure time, Erich is passionate about photography. He is a talented photographer who understands how to capture the beauty of the world in his pictures. He is also an avid cyclist and hiker who enjoys spending time in nature and appreciates being active in the fresh air.

We appreciate his humor, his openness, and his sincere interest in his fellow human beings. He is an inspiration to us all and an important factor in the success of brix.

Fabio Ragusa

Fabio is since 2023 part of the Content Management team. He began his professional career at Franke, where he worked in various international roles for 15 years. He started as an SAP project assistant, was later part of the production stream for the SAP rollout in Germany, and was most recently responsible worldwide for the introduction of digital marketing projects, including CMS and PIM systems.

A true Italian, food is one of his great passions, along with fitness and reading.

Fabio is characterized by his determination and proactive mentality. In his current role as a Business Consultant, he has quickly found his feet and was able to independently manage customer projects in the shortest possible time.

Since 2009, Felix has been an integral part of the brix team, and his extensive expertise is an asset to our customers. His loyalty and commitment have made a significant contribution to the success of brix today, for which we are truly grateful.

In his current role, Felix takes care of PIM connectors as well as various other extensions & plugins. He is the expert for automated catalog production with Xactuell and has successfully implemented numerous projects in the field of dynamic database publishing, e.g., for Haecky, Transgourmet/Prodega, and Paul Ullrich.

Kevin has been with us since 2017 and is a true jack-of-all-trades. Starting out as a software developer, he now heads the Business Process Management Team. With his expertise in digitalization, he is responsible for modeling and automating business processes.

As Deputy Managing Director, Senior Business Consultant, and Head of Content Management, he can look back on an impressive number of successfully implemented projects and is particularly distinguished by his solution-oriented approach.

His expertise in the areas of DAM and project management is extensive and makes him a sought-after expert both internally and externally.

Our customers and employees appreciate his open ear and his ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable way. His open and communicative nature makes him a valued contact person for both customers and employees.

In his leisure time, Michi finds his balance in his family and camping in nature. He gets his sporting action and adrenaline rush from biking in the mountains and on downhill trails.

Sojo is a smart and passionate employee. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge that he has gained in his previous positions. Most recently, Sojo worked as an Insight Consultant (Digital Campaign Manager) at GroupM Nexus for two and a half years. During this time, he successfully designed and implemented digital campaigns, demonstrating his analytical thinking and strategic skills.

In addition to his professional work, Sojo also studied business information technology. During this time, he first came into contact with the topic of Business Process Management (BPM) and was immediately fascinated by its diversity and potential.

Sojo's great interest in BPM led him to brix. Here he can deepen his knowledge and gain practical experience as a project manager. He appreciates the wide range of tasks – from documentation to automation.

In his leisure time, Sojo is an enthusiastic martial artist. He has been practicing karate for many years and has reached the black belt level. Sojo loves the challenge and discipline of this sport.

Sojo also enjoys being outdoors in the fresh air. He likes to go hiking, jogging, or just for a walk. Social gatherings with family and friends are also not neglected.

All in all, Sojo is an inquisitive and versatile person who always takes on new challenges.

Steven has been a valued member of the Content Management team at brix since 2023, and during this time he has become an expert in the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. With a growing enthusiasm for the Bynder DAM system, Steven has discovered his passion for this field.

In addition to his professional career, Steven has a diverse educational background. At the age of 17, he decided to complete grades 11 and 12 at an American high school before completing his management studies outside of Chicago. His intercultural background and diverse experiences have shaped his worldview and helped him to develop innovative problem-solving approaches.

Outside the office, Steven is an avid football fan who follows the games of SC Freiburg with great passion. Although he no longer plays actively, his enthusiasm for the sport remains unbroken. He also enjoys spending time in nature, often accompanied by his dog, Kylie. These moments serve as a balance to his work and allow him to recharge and gain new perspectives.
